Refund, Return and Repairs Policy
1. Overview
This Refund, Return and Repairs Policy applies to all purchases made through The Mooney Journal website ABN: 50 181 247 291. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Digital products sold by The Mooney Journal include, but are not limited to, e-books, digital journals, templates, guides and downloadable resources.
2.1 Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery and intangible nature of digital content, refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase or user error.
A refund may be granted where:
- The file is defective, corrupted or inaccessible;
- The product differs substantially from its description; or
- A refund is required under the ACL.

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause: You agree that all disputes, claims or proceedings relating to this policy or any purchase shall be brought only in Australian courts. No foreign law, judgment, order or regulatory directive shall override, displace or affect the interpretation or enforcement of this policy.
